Connection issue

Hey all.
I am running home assistant on my Synology DSM - virtual machine.
I find my PrimaDonna Class 550.85.MS MAC address , but after adding device nothing happens.
I can't understand how connection must be established, do I need bluetooth adapter connected to my home assistant device?

I didn't manage to have my Dinamica plus ECAM 370.95.T fully operational via HA yet but it recognizes the state of the device via bluetooth:

I tried using this integration with ESP Home's bluetooth proxy.

It looks like it can only read data, but not send it. I can see the status, but can't perform any actions.
It works fine when I connect a USB Bluetooth dongle directly to the system running HA.

Thx for the response @janek202 really curious if there's anybody who got it working with ESP Home's bluetooth proxy?

It's possible to connect a bluetooth dongle to my NAS, but in my situation it's way out of range.

@groosman I just updated HA to the latest version 2023.9.0, and I noticed some bt changes in the change log.
Looks like now this integration works with bluetooth proxy. I was able to turn the coffee machine on and make a coffee. :)
