Bug Report - Official VC copies of Gen 1/2 games not detected

Describe the bug
I have official VC copies (purchased from the Nintendo eShop before its closure) of several Gen 1/2 games.
Some are in English, others are in French.
The first time I used PKSM, only the English-language Gen 1/2 games were detected, not the French-language ones.
For PKSM to detect my French-language Gen 1/2 games, I had to use the Custom Title IDs feature.
Is this normal?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On your console, you need to have an official VC copy of a Gen 1/2 game in a language other than English.
2. Launch PKSM.
3. Click on "VC Games".
4. Notice that the game isn't there.

Expected behavior
The game should appear in the list of VC Games.
