Weird Problems with new version

Hello so first of all a few days ago i started to have issues like game freezing for 1/2 seconds most of the time like losing connection but my internet was fine, after that i start having fps drops from 125 to like 80fps and that never happen before if i join a pickup while i'm playing i can't hit my fps drop and lags like lost connection, so i don't know what's wrong.
Specs: intel core2quad Q9550 2.83ghz
GTX 1050ti 4GB
4GB ram
Windows 10 with latest update.
