donors using world ID should not receive GIVbacks

as part of the mini-app integration we will allow users with world ID to make donations to GIVbacks eligible projects.

however since those accounts are smart wallets and only work on world chain we should not issue them any GIVbacks since they would not be able to claim them on Optimism.

Regular EOA wallets donating on world chain should be eligible to receive GIVbacks on Optimism.

We will need to see how we can check this info and make sure donations make from world ID accounts are not givbacks eligible.
