Add new top ranking: "best of Chavah"

A listener made the following suggestions:

Hi Mr.Judah,

I have a suggestion for chavah which even I admit is very low priority.

I suggest that another ranking be added to the songs so that the very best songs (600+ maybe?) would be in a different ranking. I suggest that this elite ranking be called "best" or "best of chavah" or something, and the current "best" songs of a lower ranking be ranked as "excellent" or something like that.
