Add support for multiple keybinds per module

Imagine if you could press one button for like PVPing or one button for General or other select modules.

Before submitting a suggestion

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

You can assign modifiers to module keybinds, like control + a key or shift + a key. You can also use macros to toggle sets of modules.
