fix fly antikick bypass

Describe the feature

Add a bypass for flying on servers that have fly disabled because the current version does not work.

Before submitting a suggestion

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

You can change the values of the flight antikick, not sure if that’s part of default meteor or in rejects
