Examples show "fields" and "settings" which appear to not be supported #10

The files in the examples directory are somewhat misleading that they show resource schemas that are not supported right now, if they're TODO: would be nice to add a comment there if people stumble across it.

Sorry about that @pcfleischer ! yep, I'll just remove them ... I think I must have left that in as to where I wanted to get to, but I haven't had much time for using Ksql recently.

No problem, it makes me want to contribute because I would really be exited to get away from our bash scripts for ksql. Is there a feature request issue open to add the support or is something likely no one would be interested in?
