Describe the bug
If a card has multiple instances (imperial edition evil portents), then the print proxy prints both versions instead of picking one

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add Imperial Evil Portents to a list
  2. PDF print-n-play list

Expected behavior
1 portents
