Many projects include other projects, whether from the same company/organization, or from external sources. Should demonstrate some ideas for including a project that is not part of the same SCons build, but that is has some knowledge of - both in the case where the subsidiary project is built using SCons, and when it isn't. For example, a project might produce a library and a header file - how does the main project include those, and how does it make sure they are up to date?

There is this in the wiki, which might provide some initial material, or not: https://github.com/SCons/scons/wiki/SconstructMultiple
