Many projects include other projects, whether from the same company/organization, or from external sources. Should demonstrate some ideas for including a project that is not part of the same SCons build, but that is has some knowledge of - both in the case where the subsidiary project is built using SCons, and when it isn't. For example, a project might produce a library and a header file - how does the main project include those, and how does it make sure they are up to date?
