Until we can figure out a way to resolve MRPT/mrpt#825, we'll need some other way to access live SLAM information from the robot. One option is generating an image using http://mrpt.ual.es/reference/devel/classmrpt_1_1opengl_1_1_c_f_b_o_render.html and hosting that using an mjpg server, or something like that.
