Adding jobs to partner doesn't purge CDN #102

When Jobs are added to CDN the partner record isn't getting purged from CDN and the jobs don't show until expiration.
Happens when adding members too.

Verify: Retool end point used
verify: queries used to show job data
verify: purging rules on mutation
