Assumptions

  • User Authentication: Users will log in with a customer ID or proceed as a guest to access the AI assistant.
  • Deployment Interface: The AI assistant will be accessible through a web interface.
  • Database Access: The AI assistant has real-time access to ShopWise's product and order data.
  • Pre-trained NLP Model: A pre-trained NLP model will be utilised to accelerate development and accuracy.

Constraints

  • Limited Training Data: Initial training of the AI model may be limited by the availability of relevant and high-quality data.
