0.14 overlay lag

Heya! A streamer friend of mine did the 0.14 update for izabela, was working good for about 2 hours or so, she transitioned to a brb screen and when she came back everytime she was gonna type in the overlay it lagged her whole pc to the point even the stream itself lagged out pretty badly, she did a rollback to 0.13 but the issue remained even on that, she was pretty annoyed and upset so she ended stream so we are not 100% sure if a obs/stream restart would have helped after the rollback but something to keep a eye on, she was using the responsive voice option as well. could this could be a issue with the idling of the overlay itself or something similar?
