Description of the documentation inaccuracy

  1. Set minimum PHP version to 8.2 (this matches the versions we're testing in the PHP test matrix).
  2. Set "tested up to" to 6.7.

Additional Information

Minimum PHP version doesn't currently exist in the plugin's main file and needs to be added.
