Persistence : Redis-db persistence problem

When using Redis-db as the persistence layer for the archiver appliance, entering PVs to be archived appears fine. However, upon restarting the archiver-appliance, PVs that were previously entered no longer appear to be present.

Original testing used docker environment based on

Problem occurred when upgrading the version of released archiver appliances (to 30 Sep 2021 from 13 Nov 2019)
