I got confused about the results from diffloop. To my understanding, the total loops from loop1 minus the total loops from diffloop1 should equal to the total loops from loop2 minus total loops from diffloop2?
(loop1-diffloop1)=(loop2-diffloop2)
But my numbers are slightly different.
Why it's different?

Sorry, I missed this. I think not necessarily. For example, there can be a loop in 1 that its corresponding location in 2 is not strong enough to be called loop but not weak enough to make a differential loop either.
