Order Placement Reminders

If an order is registered with a set “ordering deadline” and a designated “contact”, an email reminder should be sent out to the “contact” with copy to music coordinator two weeks prior to the “ordering deadline”, prompting the contact to submit the order if the status of the order is set to “new”. The email should not be sent if “contact” has changed something in the order already.
