Suggestion: Buy staff with 0 stars but full potential

The game Two Point Hospital also has staff that you train and with max potentials, but it has a map where all hires have 0 starting skills but maximum potential.

This would be really nice for this game also. Especially late game when you want to be able to fill studios with lots of talent and micromanaging hiring and firing is overwhelming.
