The whole system of adding individual items to buy and pricing them isn't really explained well and it adds unneeded complexity.
I think a better system would be a toggle for microtransactions, and then under that a toggle for each type; lootboxes, cosmetics and power boosts. Power boosts should make players very angry but be very profitable, lootboxes make them somewhat angry but also make decent money, and cosmetics should have a small negative effect but make the least amount of money.
