Accessibility

@cmilica pointed out that we need to audit the accessibility of the workshop. The Carpentries instructor training has a section on accessibility.

• Overall, we are ok.

• Things that we could improve - alt text to make everything reader compatible, check for the color contrasts...

• emphasize inclusivity - like avoiding gender pronouns, which again, I think we are really good about
