If a user is running many push jobs they can accumulate quite a few old jobs that are no longer interesting. This slows the server down, consumes storage, and makes the listing commands less useful.

This should probably also have server side support to improve the experience (chef-boneyard/opscode-pushy-server#110), but in the short term we can add some knife command tooling to make it easier to clean up old jobs.
