Hey Ben, thanks for all these notes. This one especially seems to affect FontForge. Do you mind if I mention these issues in FontForge issues?
Don't worry, I won't block on FontForge fixing them, I will just switch this to a fontmake build, I'm just asking because they should probably know that their Build Accented Glyph mechanism is so broken.
