Add ACM Templates

I am just discovering curvnote after having to write another paper in Latex and am so impressed! It's exactly what I am looking for, thank you for working on it.

I am wondering if it would make sense to add templates for the ACM. These are available on overleaf and the sources are on github.

Thanks for the kind words @saulshanabrook!! Agree that the ACM templates would be awesome to add. I am not sure if we will have capacity in the next few weeks to do this, but it is all open source since we moved this upstream to executable books and MyST!

We gave a tutorial on how to get started and work with myst or curvenote on the command line:

It requires a bit of LaTeX knowledge and about an hour or two. If that is something you are up for, let us know, otherwise we can see about prioritizing it on our side!
