Hi,

AFAIK pg_dump and pg_dumpall do not deal with instructions provided by extensions.
For example, they do not dump the hypertable instructions from the timescaledb extension.
However, pgbackrest https://pgbackrest.org/ can do backup & restore all of it.

Therefore, please add support for pgbackrest.
