Carbonyl right now doesn't have any chrome, so I am proposing a simple TUI above the webview like this:
The active tab should be distinguished by different background color.
There should be also a way to navigate by keyboard shortcuts, e.g. Ctrl-L to edit location bar, Ctrl-R to refresh, Alt-⬅ to go back, Alt-➡ to go forward, etc.
On clicking

or typing Alt-F there should be a dropdown menu with history, bookmarks, downloads, zoom and settings.What do you think about it?
EDIT: I've added tab support to Carbonyl Terminal.
