i lack SMD skill so PCB way was doing the SMD work.

I know i made error getting the older one i just wanna check some of the things i need prep for the holder designs.

i was looking around for RF choke I did found one close to spec on mouser but it a 65 uH not a 64 uH but it has the 30 amps as needed in the Bom.

as for some the flaws the 12X4 48 volt pack of LIfePO4 cells have build over voltage projections and other stuff so im hoping it protects it from a voltage spike

ill also be only charging at a max of 48 volts at 5 amps so im not sure if the noise from poorly designed hall effect would too much of an issue.

with these iusse should i be ok to carry on?

At 5 amps, you should not run into any noise issues with the original Fugu design.
