SatyaTatva PWA's Push Notification Needed

PWA for satyatatva is already their and works but some improvements are needed which includes the ability to send push notifications to the users when they open our website to let them know that they can download our website to use as an app directly from their Home Screen.

Be sure to let us know in this thread if you want to work on this issue and create a branch with name
