SatyaTatva's Server needs to work within low bandwidth

Satyatatva's server is already given in this repo and works but some improvements are needed which includes the ability to send the pdf in buffer to the user but with low bandwidth mostly up to which the pdf is exactly sized at. We can't send the pdf over as a download or application/pdf as that might trigger downloaders like IDM or any to cancel the request and download the pdf as it is and application might break. So, keep this in mind.
