Really little project of a bar which decreases its size along the time.
The user sets the size of the bar and the timer value to descrease the bar.
NEXT ADDITIONS: -funciton to increase the bar (must to review the functions); -define CONSTANTS before the code, so the user can set the CONSTANTS.
OBSERVATIONS: #Tested at Windows (Python 3.11.2) and Xubuntu (Python 3)
