Widget not validating on reload

Expected Behavior

After saving a valid YouTube url, and then reloading the netlify-cms admin page, I expect to see the thumbnail (or at least the url) in the field.

Actual Behavior

No url or thumbnail is shown in the field.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Enter valid YouTube url in widget input
2. Save entry
3. Reload page

Attempted to address this in jlev@3308260 by loading state from value prop and triggering componentDidUpdate, but the url is still not appearing.
