Landing pages demo visualization problem

In the demo.inbooundnow.com website we have a problem with visualization of a few demo pages.
If you go to this address http://demo.inboundnow.com/acacia/ and also to this address http://demo.inboundnow.com/3-column-lander/ you'll see that the page is totally or partially duplicated. This problem is apparently due to a strange interaction with the switcher but there could be something else. The duplicated footer of the Acacia page doesn't have the social icons.
Also, every time I try to save the Acacia page the editor enters in a never ending loop and seem to never finish saving the page. There also seem to be some problem with a few css styles that require adding '!important' to work but in my local website they never had problems

For now I've disabled the mobile/responsive viewer in 2014's functions.php. @DavidWells says he will look into it and fix it asap. The switcher function is really cool and I bet without it we will convert less.
