Restore clear stats button on quick actions.

Summary:

Add a way for users to quickly clear all stats from all landing page variations. Let's use the landing page listing page's quick links to do this:

Instructions:

• Fork and pull request to 'Develop' branch.
• Change this file name to class.row-actions.php and add in work there: https://github.com/inboundnow/landing-pages/blob/master/classes/class.cloning.php
• Change class name from Landing_Pages_Cloning to Landing_Pages_Row_Actions
• Use this ajax for clearing stats: https://github.com/inboundnow/landing-pages/blob/master/classes/class.variations.php#L14
• be sure to set the i18n of the string 'Clear Stats'
