I'm trying to remove erroneous archael hits from my bracken file (calculated at the genus level). The issue I'm having is there a lot of different archael genuses here and it would be a pain to find all genuses that are archaea in the kracken report and list each out in the --exclude field. My question here is if there is any way to use a --include-children, similar to what is in extract_kraken_reads.py.
Thanks,
Josh
