bug: ' grant permission ' request and links to new tab instead of options. Also not syncing correctly. #229

chrome-extension://icpgjfneehieebagbmdbhnlpiopdcmna/options.html would be a better direction for opening a new tab first (or after sync)

Currently, it opens the new tab, but it doesn't sync, so it's just the default page

options button in the bottom right corner doesnt link to options.html
