Request: 'New' button on Snippet toolbar. Edit/Delete on Snippet List view

Thanks for Snippets in Brackets. It's rather painful and distracting to have to go and find where to add snippets into Brackets. What would be helpful would be to ...

Add UI to create New snippets and Edit/Delete/Rename them from inside brackets.
That would really make this extension much more productive.
