The server's default error pages were showing up. But since commit cfb61cc we are using some pretty primitive error pages. Since everything is contained in the PBS KIDS embed, its probably safe to just use a custom 404 page that instructs someone to go to the main PBS KIDS page that $siteUrl is set to.
