Mesh upgrade confirm state remains after reboot #1126

After doing a mesh upgrade process, after the process is done until confirmation, the node remains on Confirmed state, even after reboot.

And if i run mastertest.lua to perform another update, it finds the "new version available" but the state remains on confirmation state.
