App icons have inconsistent sizes

Describe the bug

I saw that there was another issue related to this (#1279) but this still happens: Sometime app icons are not of the same size. I noticed that this happens with specific apps. Here is a screenshot where the Excel icon is bigger than other apps:

I've seen the same bug with MS Edge and Word
