variables not evaluating for data object descriptions for readqc

See dev state file. The description is not populated for the readqc workflow execution class so I believe the data objects won't be properly populated. I can't confirm this b/c the workflow run failed.

unclear if this is a problem or not, the binning results the same pattern in the state file but are populated correctly in mongo.
