I am new member. When I download sourcecode and open project, but error happen. I using VS profesional 2017.

What do you suggest about this one? I just wanted to debug and run the who project by VS2013 .Net 4.5 and it has an error:
Error>> Metadata file 'C:\...\Binance.API.Csharp.Client-master\Binance.API.Csharp.Client.Domain\bin\Debug\Binance.API.Csharp.Client.Domain.dll' could not be found.
