[iOS Bookmarks Evolution] RTL languages - input fields - RTL text is displayed as LTR while typing #24477

Make sure the bookmarks section contains a folder structure with multiple subfolders and bookmarks.
Switch the device language with a RTL language
Check the imput fields for the following flows:
Create folder view
Edit folder view

Expected behavior
RTL text must be displayed while typing

Actual behavior
RTL text is displayed as LTR while typing

Device & build information

Device: iPhone 15+ (18.2) and iPhone 16 Pro (18.2)
Build version: v9000(50315)
