New power socket types. Panduit is now producing PDUs with 2 types of combination sockets. C13/C15 and C13/C15/C19. Please see product model sheet here. https://www.panduit.com/content/dam/panduit/en/products/media/9/19/919/6919/111456919.pdf

I do not know if there is an IEC standard that goes with these.

Use case

Attempting to create a new device type for a Panduit P48G33G PDU.

The "C13/C15 combo" appears to just be a C15. I don't see any reason that would require a different connector type. Basically, a C15 is already a "combo C13/15" by definition. Wikipedia explains this a little better.

That weird 13/15/19 is something I've never seen before though, and would probably warrant a new addition...
