Currently the main menu is the only place with the "Stop button" and the menu to open stuff.

It's a bit a waste of space for the most time and it looks very "improvised"

Potential points to improve:

Use a tray icon as the "main menu"
Stop buttons on every engine
A menu to open other windows on every window, use a fancies main menu as a inital "placeholder" window
Use MainWindow only for the stop button, perhaps round it to make it more emergengy-stop-button like
Define which windows should remember which size
