User story

"I have noticed as editor that when I send messages to reviewers or authors via Janeway that in the log only the message and not the attachment that I explicitly added gets saved. Is it possible to add the attachments to the messages as stored in the article log?"

Proposed solution

Add links to attached files if they are saved in Janeway.
