Unify styles for journal sections on homepage vs archive #37

Since the heading levels were adjusted for accessibility in 3.2 (#5178), journal sections look visually different on homepage vs in the archive:

I suggest styles be adjusted for a consistent look.

I agree with librariam! The style is way too light and small.

It will be very nice to make the style of the sections in the homepage looks like the style in the archive
