Describe the bug
In OPS 3.4, the Native XML plugin is not loading publication titles in the UI when exporting.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Login to OPS 3.4 as an admin/JM
Click on Tools > Native XML Plugin, then the "Export Preprints" tab
See missing publication titles ("View" links are still going to the correct publications)

What application are you using?
OPS version 3.4
