Very likely this is due to a bug on Tesla's API. I already was in contact with Tesla regarding this issue and they fixed it for another account. Could you please give me the last 5 chars of your installation ID (bottom of the home page of TSC). Note: Do not share the whole ID here. Edit: regarding the logfiles, you can generate one like described here. You might look for one of the following messages:

How do I troubleshoot this?
I am running my docker image in Portainer, so whilst I can stream the log, I am not sure how to have the log save to file, which this probably requires.
Is there a log path in the container I can access, or map to a host volume?
