Migrate MAM messages on the server when MUC JID changes #7

Since the MUC JID changes when adding more users in a private group, we need to migrate history. This is currently done on the client, which is super inefficient and bug-prone. The server needs to handle renaming on its end, which could be done over SQL in a fairly fast update query.
