underline vs bold? that might be better since it won't cause the line length to change, but I think an opacity change only is sufficient, usually you only need to use one change to show emphasis, not two.

the black is better, I think if you go with a higher opacity for the current item, you don't need to use bold (which changes the line length) the opacity for non-current sections are fine
